Jason Robbins
Owner & President
Jason Robbins has been Managing Partner since Iceberg’s 2014 inception. His entrepreneurship and determination has been exemplified since the organization’s establishment and progression.
For more than 3 decades now, Jason has studied, led, and thrived in each component of Mechanical and Industrial Refrigeration. Some of his credentials include a degree in Refrigeration Engineering Technology, a Florida Master Mechanical License, a Florida Master Electrician License and an EPA Universal Certification. He frequently states how the Iceberg Team continuously provides long-lasting value, and that is simply through commitments to client transparency, company reinvestments, and its total organizational alignment.
Business is not his only love, Jason enjoys traveling domestically and internationally with his wife Luba, and their two children. He enjoys hunting, attending sports events, reading, and good food with great conversation.
Johnnie Welch
Director of Mechanical & Refrigeration
Johnnie Welch is the Director of Service and Construction handling on-site management, parts and logistics distribution, technician assessment and assignment, as well as relationship cultivation with new and existing customers.
Since 2006, he has gained substantial skills in ammonia systems, freon systems, chillers, walk-ins, and other Industrial facility services. He has been a dedicated manager with the Iceberg team since 2019. He exemplifies a level of loyalty, commitment, and willingness to find solutions that are second to none, as he passionately sets and delivers on-time client satisfaction.
Johnnie is a family man who loves a weekend with his wife, sons, and close friends. He also likes to travel for fun, as he is known as an avid alligator, deer, and turkey hunter.
Daniel Blaylock
Director of Project Development
Daniel Blaylock is the Director of Project Development involving the design, review, and coordination around project management execution.
Since 2013, he has engulfed himself into all areas of the Industrial Refrigeration and Ammonia industry, from assembling and machining parts, materials selection, contract and subcontractor modifications, into full design and value engineering. He graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and expanded his specializations with cold storage, ammonia, freon, and CO2 refrigeration systems. Additionally, he has certifications as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Ammonia Operator Level 1, and RETA 1/2. Site safety is integral to his project performance, so he ensures strict adherence to IIAR standards, ANSI and ASME code, maintains RETA coursework, and other quality control measures.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys caring for his dog, golfing, hiking, exercising and swimming.
Barrett Evans
Senior Project Engineer
Barrett Evans is the Senior Project Engineer bringing massive development to Iceberg’s Industrial Refrigeration and Engineering group. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Upon entering the field in 2006, he has since had professional experience in developing, designing, drafting, managing and directing numerous large-scale projects. With a reputation for integrity, teamwork, and attention to detail, he has established success as a leader and mentor for the next generation of project managers.
When not diligently producing for the organization, Barrett enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
Liubov Ivanova
Project Engineer
Liubov Ivanova is the Project Engineer having focused on safety protocol, risk analysis, and other project management evaluations.
She has over a decade of expertise on a global scale covering Russian to Central Asian markets, specifically in the oil and gas industry. Liubov earned a Master’s of Mechanical Engineering from the Gubkin Russian State University and earned certifications in ISO 9001, API Q1, API Q2 ISO 16949 standards, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Lean Six Sigma and more.
On a personal level, Liubov enjoys life with her husband and three children. She is an avid yoga practitioner, likes water hobbies, and participates in environmentally friendly community efforts.
